Interesting page of statistics here: www.facebook.com/press/info.php?statisticsprovided by Facebook press relations staff. Just the first few figures: * More than 400 million active users * 50% of our active users log on to Facebook in any given day * Average user has 130 friends * People spend over 500 billion minutes per month on Facebook 400 million active users! That's a third more than the US population, and half of these users check in each day. (I wonder how many people in developed countries check in with their TV each day.) And 500 billion minutes! 500 BILLION! My little Casio solar calculator almost ran out of sunlight whirring away on this one, but that's almost Ten Thousand Centuries! That's longer than ... than ... my teenage daughter used to take in the shower! It's no wonder that a government that wants to protect itself ... often more than it wants to protect its citizens .... has thoughts of controlling the Internet.

Interesting...
Oh sorry, I had to break away to post this link to my wall. Then I got distracted by a You Tube video that my nephew had linked...
Luckily, I keep a tab on my browser open to Facebook at all times so it doesn't take long.
