Ok. Now I see it is not the Winston building, on the corner of Washington and Genesee, and NOT the first building on the Deveraux block.either, but was below Bagg's Square. Thanks.

Dave or Jon: Do you know how to do an insert? The post of the Mann Building has to be moved.

Fiona, no I don't know how to to do an insert, per se, and am not sure it can be done that way. But since we can move posts, there is a workaround. E.g, in a thread of ten posts, one could "insert" a post between 6 and 7 by first moving 7-10 somewhere else (any arbitrarily chosen thread, temporarily.) Then do a regular post that will become the new no. 7. Then move the posts 7 through ten back to the first thread, where they will follow the new no. 7. (Hope that made sense.)
I think a better and safer way would be to just double a post. I.e., if you want something inserted between no. 6 and no. 7, just Modify 6 to contain it's original post PLUS the new stuff. You probably know how to do that, but I can do it for you. What do you want to insert? I can also use Jon's new scan of the Mann building and replace the fuzzy Mann building.

OK, I modified your post of the fuzzy Mann building and linked instead to Jon's photobucket scan of the Mann building. In English, I switched your fuzzy scan with Jon's sharper scan of the Mann building postcard.
And I assume you wanted it moved up somewhere earlier in the tour?

OK, so the OK was below (north of) Broad. I always thought it was between Catherine and Broad, but it's been a long time since I was there.

Yes, I can do a modify an an insert. I think I know how to do it. Combine it with post 2 or the post of Bagg's Hotel. I like Jon's scan much better because not only is the card beautiful, but it is clear as a bell. Once I move the Mann Building to the beginning of the thread, I need to replace that with a view of the Winston Building. Thanks much.

I love that shot! You can see the hills of Route 20 in the background, left.
